Sales and Marketing Manager (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for identifying potential customers and growth opportunities by independently researching, evaluating and clustering
- You use traditional as well as digital channels and are motivated to find new creative ways to expand the sales pipeline
- You write texts for the outreach as well as new sales material through which cooperation partners and B2B customers get excited
- You create ideas and sales strategies together with the team to win further customers and generate new leads
- You are familiar with CRM systems and support with analysing and improving our sales processes
- You are open-minded and work closely with our developers, application specialists as well as with the management team to find the best possible solutions for our potential customers
Your profile
- You are interested in biotechnology and have a background in life science (biophysics or biochemistry).
- You are communicative, open-minded, analytical and energetic with a hands-on mentality
- You like to take over responsibility and having ownership of your tasks and projects as well as being a team player who enjoys working with others
- You speak German and English on a native / business fluent level
- You like to travel.
